There was something beautiful about decay, well at least when it came to old buildings. Some of the most stunning and haunting photography Parker had ever seen was done on dilapidated buildings.
If it was a perfect world the town would have an abandoned factory or mental hospital, but it seemed like Parker was just going to have to deal with a supposedly haunted house. Parker didn't believe the house was actually haunted, her only real fear was that the house had been too tampered with by local teenagers to be worth photographing. Don't get Parker wrongs she actually loved some graffiti artists, but she doubted that local kids would be creative enough to draw more then the odd pot leaf or pentagram.
Parker wasn't entirely sure what to expect when she went to the haunted house. She had heard that the windows were boarded up so she brought a hammer in case she had to pry away boards. As if anyone would suspect someone older then high school age of breaking into a haunted house.
Parker set out wearing beat up blue jeans, a rose colored knee length dress, and a men's brown tweed jacket. Her plan was to circle the outside of the building taking pictures and looking for ways to break in.
Parker moved slowly through the woods taking pictures as she approached, taking care to get every angle. The house wasn't quite as broken down as she would have liked, but it would have to do.
Parker could hear something else in the woods moving around.
"Hello" she called out in the direction the noise was coming from.
If there were going to be witnesses around she would prefer to find them before she broke any laws.

A person was indeed in the area and he came out from an old path that led to an area that was long forgotten to the people of that area. The person was tall and had short brown hair with Icy Blue eyes. The person had black cargo pants, white tee shirt and a black leather jacket. The person looked to be in his mid twenties. The male walked over to her and smiled. The man began to speak and his German accent was heard as he spoke perfect English.
"Such a beautiful night isn't it? Hm? Oh me...I'm just walking these back wooded area since I'm pretty much new to the location. The Names Chakor, Chakor Leviathan...may I ask what your name is and why your back this far into the woods....it's not a safe place to be...epically at night.."
Chakor was the man that moved into the one tall apartment building and bought the empty lot and put in a Training Dojo. But it was a mystery why he was out here as well, near the middle of the night. His blue eyes stayed on her as they can hear the sounds of a wolf howl to the moon in the distance.

Parker turned to see who was approaching. The man looked fairly notmal but there was something slightly odd about his mannerisms. He offered up a lot of information after being given a simple hello. Parker chalked up his long response to some sort of cultural difference. She couldn't quite place his accent, but she was guessing it was from somewhere in northern or eastern Europe.
"I'm Parker" she said intentionally not giving a last name. The fact that he was willing to give her all his information didn't mean she was willing to do the same.
"Taking pictures" she said holding up her camera.
She had come at night for two reasons. Firstly black and white photography done at night had a way of creating stark contrasts, that just didn't happen when you were working with light pollution during the day. The second reason she chose to go to a house at night was of the creepiness factor, it was easier to let the imagination wander and to think more creatively in a situation like this.
Parker turned from him and took a few steps to the side before crouching down and getting a shot of the house over the gnarled roots of an old tree. The flash from her camera brightened up the sky for a moment.
"What are you doing out here in such a dangerous place?" she said

He smirked at the response as he leaned against a heavy Oak tree and chuckled to himself as she asked him the question that he asked her. He crossed his arms and looked at her waiting to give her her reply. He watched as she took pictures. He had a deeper feeling of just taking a few pictures from the outside. He smirked as he walked over to the main gate and looked at the lock on it. Fairly rusty, he picked up a rock and with one swing of it, the lock came off clean without a hitch. His Icy blue eyes looked at her, even through the darkness which made it fairly dark for a normal person to see and said to her softly.
"Dangerous for you...but it's not as Dangerous of a place from where I came from...and not as Dangerous of what the information I hold within myself..."
He winked at her and walked to the doors. Side by side doors, like his old house in Germany. He gently turned the knob to the doors and both doors opened. 'Was this what she wanted?' He walked into the abyss of the house where she couldn't see him anymore. With his eyes, his natural night vision kicked in as the inside was a beauty indeed. He walked up the staircase and was on the second floor looking down at the doors. He leaned on a banister that overlooked the main hall when one walked into the house.

There was a sharp clang as the gates lock was broken. Parker had planned on climbing the gate, but this worked too.
Clearly Parker had no reservations about breaking and entering but something about his guy was off putting. His whole speech about how the place was dangerous but not as much as the secrets inside himself was creepy.
Parker wanted to take pictures of the inside the house, but maybe just maybe this wasn't the right time to do it. He walked into the house clearly expecting her to follow. Parker found that she couldn't move her feet.
Parker had a certain penchant for being self destructive and reckless, but usually she liked to be the one sewing her own seeds of destruction. Walking into an abandoned house, at night, with a creepy guy, in an area where no one could hear you scream just seemed too stupid for her taste. No she liked her self destruction in the neat form of booze, smokes, and the occasional broken law; this was was just too crazy for her.
Without saying a word Parker turned around and began walking towards where she had parked her vespa. The house had stood here for a hundred years or so, it could wait a week or two more for her.
(OCC: Sorry if this cut things short, but Parker was too creeped out to go anywhere near Chakor or the house. ))

From inside the house, the power came on as he was fiddeling with the power. The light dimmed on as he smiled to himself. The lights of the house turned on as it the light the area pretty well. He walked up the stairs again but this time, to the dinning hall. Chakor had a motive for coming here and he was going to wait for it...and the lights were going to be the bait of his trap. He took out a small bottle of water and placed it on the table and sat down at the head of the table looking towards the only doors into it.
"come out....lets see what these so called...Vampires or wolves can do to me...hahaha"
