Emmett had been standing there a long time now. He leaned against the door wearily, but he never let his guard down. Joel had been on top of her for who knows how long. A few minutes, a few hours? It was hard to keep track of time in the dark room. Eventually, however, it looked like Desirae was starting to calm down. The animal-like sounds she had been making ceased and it looked like she had stopped struggling, at least as far as Emmett could see. He craned his neck to the side, trying to see around Joel's back. "Dez?"

By signs of stopped struggling it didn't mean that she had ceased to want to stop transforming she simply was still there wanting to break out of his grasp and run and shift. She couldn't hold it any long but the way Joel seemed to have her pinned her human side of her thoughts wanted not to be released, but her wolfess side wanted to completely obliterate his very likeness for holding her in. Countless acts of murder had been held to Dezirae, murders she herself didn't know about till she woke up bloody and confused. She breathed in and out waiting just waiting to see if he would release her with no feeling of such breathtaking release she would snort inwardly to herself. She wasn't Dez right now she was the inner Adrenaline that wanted out so badly to feed.
She was going to break she was. She heard Emmett's voice but ignored him. She put a lot of force into the arching of her back hoping that he would let go. The storm seemed to be like it was ending but she could still feel like she was high on drugs. Being who she was you knew she wasn't on drugs. She just - ugh. Wanted to get out so badly but these stupid males were holding her down, she continued to arch her back putting all her strength into it which seemed to be slowly dieing. Since the rain and storm were dispersing.

Dezirae seemed to have stopped struggling so much, and the way Emmett called out to her, "Dez?" made Joel think the worst was over. She had stopped snarling too. He had relaxed ever so slightly now, relieved that the rain was starting to lighten up. That's what it must have been. Maybe it was like how the moon called out to him. The rain must have done something to her. He didn't know exactly how that worked, but it was obvious she wanted out. He remained sitting on top of her, but his grip on her hands loosened a little, though he wasn't aware of it right away.

--> It wasn't long till Dezirae had realized that his grip went from tight to lose. She simply glared at him from the dark. She wouldn't right away send him flying nor would she shift, she wanted to keep casting the awareness that she was in fact calming down. Of course she was the only one that knew that herself was not calming. She'd breath a little bit and close her eyes and to softly tease him her leg would lift and pull out from under him to rub against his part that layed hidden from view behind jeans. She'd keep doing this to completely distract hi as she looked to Emmett whom seemed to have dozed off she rolled her eyes and just simply thought how stupid they were, since this wasn't dezi right now. It was her inner wolf whom seemed extravagantly interested in beating the crap out of the males whom so hard tried to keep her withing the walls of the bedroom.
She started up at Joel and smiled like she was calming down "Thank you ~" she lied to him. She had to speak to him so that he'd actually thought that she was all better and wasn't going to bolt on them, because little did they know that the rain was going to start falling again. The storm clouds were going to roll back in and cause chaos once more. Threw the room her honey's casted a gaze. Keeping her lips upturned into a smile, no frown was held on her face because if it was then she wouldn't be able to leave - Joel seemed pretty intent not to let her go if he'd thought she was still getting ready to transform. She could just picture it now, yummy delicious blood dripping from her feral maw with out realization that it was actually her behalf she thought it was just a small deer that she had caught in hunting - she remember her human brain thought that. Until stupid little emmett had to go and ruin it by telling her that she'd simply killed another being with her own claws and fangs.
This last moment in time she paused a brief long second before she'd inhaled with all her might and by the time she had exhaled her hand had moved from under his own and grabbed a hold of his shirt and flung him across the room, she didn't want to break any of the walls, because that would be something she'd have to replace and she didn't like replacing things that couldn't be. She smiled simply as she sat up and pushed herself off the bed, moving Emmett with some force as she flung the door open and ran down the stairs. Her hand went for the front door and by the time she reached the porch she jumped and when landing to the ground her frame was now wolf. Hair covered her entire four-legged form. She'd snarl lightly as she shook her pelt it had been cover by human disgust for to long and it finally wanted out so letting the rain hit against it felt good, her honey eyes scanned the area as she took off in a run. Running to anything she could get her grip on. She was going to get away from them whether they liked it or not. She would always over dominate them in the rain.
The only thing that seemed to be running threw her head were the words such stupid little males they are. . that was the only range of words that floated threw her head as her legs continued to push her in a run. Tongue lolling out of her mouth as she echoed a rupturing bark for all to hear threw the woods. She simply didn't care if the animals heard her. It would give her more game to chase she hated the lazy animals that just stayed in on place injured or not they would become her meal. <--

Joel's attention had wandered elsewhere, but as Dezirae started to move her leg around beneath him, his blue eyes flickered back to her. At first he thought she was going to try and squirm out form under him again, but she didn't. It didn't take him long to realize what it was she was doing. He wanted to tell her to stop and that this wasn't a good time to be doing anything like this, but he was a little too sidetracked. It was amazing how easily you could distract a guy if you really tried. "Thank you~" she said, seeming to be a little more human now. Joel just kind of nodded.
And then, all of a sudden, Joel was being flung across the room. Honestly, he had not seen that coming. As his back slammed into one of the walls, he realized that she'd only been acting like that to fool him. He hated himself for it. He couldn't believe that he had actually let his guard down. "Shit!" he hissed as he fell to the floor. His body was a little sore from the impact, but it wasn't anything he couldn't handle. Maybe a little bruising. Joel tried to catch his breath again, before standing up on shaky legs to realize that Dezirae was gone.
Had Emmett really let her get past him that easily!? Joel looked over to the door to see Emmett sprawled out. He looked kind of dazed, like he hadn't even seen it coming. "What were you doing!?" Joel burst out, anger flaring in his eyes. He knew that he was at fault too. He had let her distract him and trick him into thinking she was okay again. Joel let out a heavy sigh and then looked toward the door hopelessly. "Damn it," he breathed. He ran out of the room and down the stairs, taking them two at a time. He skidded around the corner to find the entrance door the the house open.
"Emmett!" he shouted back up the stairs, "She got outside." Joel didn't wait for a reply. He was already running out onto the porch. He jumped over the railing and went streaking across the grass. He was guessing that she would be in her wolf form now, and he had no idea what he would do if he found her. Right now, he was just a human. He doubted he could do anything to stop her. But he kept running, his feet carrying him over the wet ground. He could see fine. His vision wasn't impaired by the darkness, being a werewolf and all.

Somehow, Emmett had fallen asleep. He had no idea when that happened. His eyes had just been feeling heavy one moment, and then the next he was totally out of it. He totally missed whatever happened between Joel and Desirae, and he didn't wake up until he found himself be shoved over. "What were you doing!?" he heard Joel yell at him as he scrambled to his feet, still a little disoriented. Oh crap, ohhhh crap. Desirae had escaped. Emmett was instantly overcome with guilt. He watched Joel race out of the room, still sitting on the floor, really angry with himself.
Emmett heard Joel call his name from downstairs, telling him Desirae had gotten out of the house. Of course she had, what did he expect? Emmett got to his feet, hands clenched into fists. He couldn't believe he had actually fallen asleep. He soon found himself running out of the house. Joel was no longer there, and he knew he had probably gone after Desirae already. It wasn't a smart move. He couldn't stop her. Not when it was raining. Not when she was in her wolf form.

Joel could hear footsteps behind him, quickly catching up. Emmett. And then a loud bark shattered the silence that had set in. It was a little muffled by the rain, but anyone nearby could have easily heard it. Joel glanced over his shoulder, making sure Emmett had caught up, and then charged forward again. He hadn't run like this in forever, and he had forgotten how fast he could really go. Ten times faster than any human. If he was in his wolf form, he would be able to run even faster. Unfortunately, Joel had on control over his transformations, so he was stuck like this for now.
And then, he spotted Dezirae. She was just up ahead. He caught a glimpse of dark fur through the trees, and he immediately knew it was her. He pushed himself, putting on an extra burst of speed and lengthening his stride. His legs were beginning to cramp up a little, not used to this much exercise. But... Just a little closer... A few more steps and he would be able to reach out his arm and touch her.
