Appartment Complex

When the Complex was first built, it was in the nicer area of the city, but now it is slightly run down, a home for addicts, drug dealers, and those that can't afford the nicer uptown condos. Each apartment has a living room with a kitchenette attached, a bedroom on the opposite side and a small, one-person bathroom. Water and heating is paid for, as long as you don't go over a set limit, which changes with the temperature so you don't freeze or die of heat.
