The end of the world came in a blaze of glory. Nuclear bombs dropped everywhere, destroying Earth as we know it. Except for a handful of people located in a secret Vault in Washington DC. Now, seven years after the bombings, and three years after they came out of hiding, these people are fighting for their lives. Not only that, but they've developed powers; powers that they cannot completely control. This rise in power has caused a divide, and now they're fighting for not just their lives, but for control over DC, as well.
