Have you ever felt a chill run up your spine? Ever glanced into the deep night and heard your mind plead for you to run as fast as you can? This feeling accompanies many of the inhabitants of Bon Temps, Louisiana.
In Louisiana a hurricane barely missed the state, thankfully, but left in its wake a series of storms which caused massive state wide flooding. During the floods certain vampires and Were's decided it was the perfect time to over throw the current regime and declared war. This will affect heavily Area 5, Sophie and the Long Tooth Wolf Pack.
So......
In a world where vampires and werewolves hate each other, a new evil has awoken to answer opportunity's call. Just when you knew it was safe to go out at night, even though you knew that's when blood sucking monsters came out to play, something much worse wants to take over. It sees you when you are sleeping and can kill you when you wake...
