Lured To The Light, Just Like A Fly, You'll Get Caught In My Web. It was only the second night...or maybe it was the third. Yusuke wasn't really keeping track of time anymore, he had so much fun on the first night he found it hard to believe that it could be repeated again. But the blond, Krystal, she was still on his mind, all those expressions he made her make. There were so many more he wanted to see but they had been interupted not that he minded the chase, it had been, after all, worth every second. The town was indeed fun to play with and he wasn't ready to meet the vampire clan yet. There was still much to see and do before he even thought of meeting them. He hoped their leader was at least his age, the last thing he wanted was to offer his services to someone who was half his age, or worse less than. That thought alone disgusted Yusuke, he didn't need to be given orders to by a youngling. However, if it was the case he would offer to help but in no way would he take orders. If they asked him nicely, which usually consisted of them being on their knees, then he would think about it. The time was close to mid night before Yusuke arrived at the graveyard. Not dressed like the first night, no tonight he looked smart but that did not mean he was unarmed. No, his katana was hidden away behind his jacket. But to any trained eye they would see it, he wanted them to see it, for once again he wanted a fight but this time he was going to do it in style. He was perched on top of a tomb stone, one knee bent his arm rested ontop of it while his other leg dangled only an inch or so from the ground. He didn't know who's grave it was and he didn't care, laying on the ground was another katana, one he had brought incase one of those hunters wanted to fight. At least this time he would be able to spar with them for a bit before killing them. Unless it was Krystal, thinking of her again he licked his lips oh he hoped she would come it would just make his night.

She didn't want to go out tonight. That vampire from last night had shaken her up, but they needed a hunter out tonight. Krystal wanted to put up a fight, but she sighed and agreed. It was her job to go out into physically and mentally dangerous places, so she went. She wouldn't take the park though. Carla would be home again, and if she managed to hear her shooting through the silencer, or just wandered out because she could wander out, and stumbled upon her with another vampire, she'd feel so guilty. So, she chose the graveyard. It was usually the easiest to work, and she wanted an easy job tonight.
So, she was suited up as she was the night before, except she carried one gun on her waist, and the other at her back, and probably would for awhile after this. She couldn't reach the ankle one easily, and that was ridiculous. Her pockets held the knife and phone, and her purse with the clips of bullets. However, there was an added item, a small vial of holy water. She hadn't carried this before, but whats-his-name wasn't affected by bullets, and she wasn't going to let him get the jump on her because she couldn't shoot him.
So, she was off, wandering the graveyard after midnight. Most would find it downright spooky, but she'd wandered more graveyards than she'd care to count, before and after midnight. Her hair was pulled back, away from her face, and she was peering ahead and over her shoulder more than she usually would. Geeze, she was so paranoid. Damn that man, he was freaky. But, she was right to be paranoid, because fate was against her tonight.
For, who else should be sitting on a tombstone ahead of her but that damned man. Shit. She knew that he'd heard her approach, he'd be deaf if he hadn't. Even if he hadn't heard her, she knew he'd have smelled her. Shit, shit, and more shit. Her hand reflexively went for her gun, but she knew that was useless. She made herself set her hand inside her purse and clutch the vial of holywater. She prayed it would work.

Lured To The Light, Just Like A Fly, You'll Get Caught In My Web. There is was that scent, that beautiful scent he had smelt last night. He tilted his head up in the air to get a better smell, slowly he closed his eyes enjoying every moment. She was worried, she had fear and she had very reason to be afraid but this time she carried something else and he only shook his head. "My Hime don't you think that within my exsistance someone would have tried Holy water?" He knew the smell all to well and before he could change his body into a mist it had worked but in mist form it was as helpful as her bullets. He continued to shake his head at her, he had high hopes for the blond so many hopes. "But I'm glad you came I was getting lonely. Come sit..." He said pointing a grave a few yards in front of him. She would know by now it was impossible to run from him, to shoot him. If she listened maybe she would find herself in a better position then the one she got herself in last night. "...Running is only going to get you killed, so sit." He warned her as his eyes followed her every movement. He needed to be ready to change his body if she tried to shoot him, after all if he wasn't on his guard and didn't change she would kill him.

He knew she was there. He could tell by the way his head tilted, the way he moved. She was afraid of him, she shouldn't be because she knew it gave him power, but she was. He had a power she had no way to counter, and that was scary enough. That he hadn't killed her yet was scarier still. He was the only vampire so far - that wasn't a hunter, at least - who hadn't tried to kill her the instant he knew she was a hunter. Sure, he'd drawn his weapon, but she wasn't dead.
"My Hime, don't you think that within my existance someone would have tried holy water?" Yeah, she did, but that didn't stop her from trying. Well, it hadn't hurt to try, and she still probably would end up trying before this encounter was over. And she hoped it did end here - because if it didn't, she was probably going to go crazy. "But I'm glad you came, I was getting lonely. Come, sit..." He pointed at a grave in front of him. There was no way in hell her legs were carrying her closer to him. No, no way. "Running is only going to get you killed, so sit."
She wasn't going to run, because she knew that he'd catch her and it'd be worse for her than if she'd done as he said. But she was not going to obey him like some dog. No, she was going to stay where she was. She was quite content standing where she was, in fact. "No, thanks. I'm fine right here." Krystal said cooly, trying to keep her emotions from her voice. She knew he knew what her emotions were - someone had explained once that scents carried emotions - but she wasn't going to break down in front of him.
Krystal was tempted to shoot him, but she knew it was futile and he was expecting it. Maybe later he'd be a little off guard, and she'd try then. Until then, she'd stay right here unless he threw her somewhere else, like he had the other night with that tree.

Lured To The Light, Just Like A Fly, You'll Get Caught In My Web. Yusuke rolled his eyes at her, he had only wanted to see her again, make her make those expressions again. Thats all he wanted, that and a proper sword fight but so few now a days knew the meaning of martial arts. They trained, yes but the deadliest was known back in his day, he was still one of the few who knew the art like it was once known. The arm that was resting on his knee moved, it looked like he was about to pull some strings on a puppet the way his hand was positioned. Instead he used the shadows to lift up the spare Katana, once it was just below his hand he grabbed hold of it. With the lack of light he wasn't sure if she was even able to see what he did, otherwise it might look like he had telekenesis. "So no chit chat tonight My Hime. Pity I was looking forwards to an intellectual conversation. Obviously your incapable of even doing that." Yes he insulted her and pretty much just called her stupid. However, he was yet to see what her angry expression would look like and was rather curious to see how she would respond to his comment. Jumping off the tomb stone, he landed with a barely audio thud. He was light on his feet, like most vampires but he had something most didn't, experience. He continued to walk towards her, a calm look on his face compared to last night. "You'll need to excuse my behavour last night, first night in a new country. I was hoping for...a challenge, but you have yet again come ill equiped." Indeed the excitement had begun to wear off but not Krystal. She had managed to spark an interest one he couldn't ignore. "Catch..." With his strength he was able to toss the spare katana the distance that was between them. Whether she caught it was another thing, but she wouldn't be that clumsy. "If you do not intend on sitting to talk with me then I have no choice but to fight. Your move My Hime."

He did something. She couldn't see what, but there was movement in his direction. The moon wasn't bright enough for her to make out the exact movements, but she knew that he did something. He spoke again, this time insulting her intelligence since she chose not to speak. Usually she was quite the talkative person, but on the job it was serious. She wasn't going to trade words with a vampire as if they were long time friends or something. Yeah, right.
Still, he annoyed her slightly, and she clenched her hand that was in the bag slightly, trying not to let him see that he was messing with her. She didn't acknowledge his comment by responding, however, she just remained stonily quiet. It was very uncharacteristic of her, yes, but she had to be completely focused on the task at hand when this one was involved. She'd do half the work for him if she let him get to her so easily - yet he was doing it anyway.
He spoke again, apologizing for the night before. As if he were sorry. Why tell blatant lies? Was he just trying to insult her intelligence again, or something? Probably, or maybe it was something else she just hadn't figured out. Either way, it was neither here nor there. He continued to say how ill equipped she was, and she bit her tongue, hard, to keep from responding. Stupid vampires, stupid powers. It gave them a one-up that was just so hard to counter sometimes.
"Catch..." Something flew at her, and her hands flew up instinctively to catch it, releasing the water to stay in the bag. Something hit her hands, it was heavier than she'd expected, since it had crossed such a distance - until she remembered this was a vampire he was dealing with. It was long and slender, and when she looked at it for closer inspection, she saw it was a sword like the one from last night. "If you do not intend on sitting to talk with me then I have no choice but to fight. Your move my Hime."
He expected her to fight him with this? She'd probably cut herself before he even got near her, much less defend herself against him. Did he really think her as stupid as that? Yes, she reminded herself, he'd said as much earlier, hadn't he? Krystal held the sword in both hands, in front of her, making no move to unsheathe it.
"Do you think I'm going to try to fight you with this? I'm not that stupid."

Lured To The Light, Just Like A Fly, You'll Get Caught In My Web. When she spoke Yusuke drew his katana, holding it in one hand the other rested on his hip. Yes he did expect her to fight with it, for it was her best chance with him. When fighting with the katana he forgot to mist his body at times, more so when he was angry but usually that never stopped him from losing. "Its better than that thing you call a blade." He teased as he began to tap the blade against his foot once again. He knew she didn't know how to use it, he knew she was probably better at close range fights or ranged. However, her blade wasn't long enough to get passed his and her range weapons had no affect. "I was raised to be a samurai before being what I am. Of course you won't believe me, but keep in mind your facing someone who has a different culture..." He took a few steps forward before stopping again. He indeed wanted a fight and if he had to teach her how to use it then so be it, if he was going to die it would be in a fight of his choosing. "Japanese steel is the strongest steel you can forge with as well as the sharpest. You want to learn how to do your job better you'll learn to use that blade." It would be interesting if she accepted his help in learning. Why he was doing it he didn't know, probably wanted someone that could best him one day, why not be a fiesty blond who scent could make his blood run warm. "You know what I am capable of and you've yet to see my other ability. I know you are not that stupid but the way I see this is, I teach you how to use that blade and you might kill a few werewolves with it. Sure along the way a few of my kind will fall and if thats the price I have to pay for someone to fight me seriously then that is the price I pay." Usually Yusuke did all the listening, but it was hard to listen when this one refused to talk. So the roles were reversed for now but in time he would encounter her more and more. With each encounter she would get better, better enough to kill him he didn't know. First he had to get her to use it then he'd see how it went from there.

She heard the sword being pulled out, and saw the light reflecting off of it. Obviously he really did expect her to draw the sword and fight him. And she was completely opposed to doing so. There was no way he was going to get her to do this. No, he was some freaky vampire guy, and she was a hunter who was supposed to turn him to ash. But no, he had to have some power that let him live through her bullets, and apparantly holy water.
"It's better than that thing you call a blade." He said conversationally. He then went on to speak of his heritage, how amazing he was with these blades. Well great, she was going to be sliced to ribbons. Krystal could probably think of worse ways to die, but at the moment they all eluded her. He moved forward towards her, and then stopped again. She made no move to draw the blade, she wasn't going to be coerced into this.
He told her how it would help her do her job better. Well, since not all vampires, and none of the werewolves, had that ability to let bullets whizz through their bodies without any physical damage, she was pretty sure she was alright with where her skills were now. Yeah, so maybe she couldn't kill one vampire with the weapons. Her logical, more traitorous side of her brain decided to throw in it's two cents at that moment. Then the weapon is flawed, if there's one that gets through by a loophole. She silently told herself to be silent, still watching the vampire before her. Just because she was having an internal debate did not mean she was lax in her attention to the real world.
"What kind of vampire are you?" She demanded, curiousity getting the better of her. He had quite literally thrown this at her, this offer for her to fight in this style. However, she was quite sure this was less of an offer and more of a demand or requirement. He wasn't going to let her walk off without facing him with this blade, but she was not going to do so until she absolutely had to.

Lured To The Light, Just Like A Fly, You'll Get Caught In My Web. Still she refused to speak after he spoke, it was getting rather annoying. Usually hunter's would be asking questions by now, even before hand. He always spoke the truth when asked though, he wouldn't reveal any weaknesses for her believed he no longer had any. But he did, he had a thing for blonds, tranditional clothing, beautiful women, Sophia, Caleb. Just like her he had attachments that made him weak. Only thing was no one knew besides his family about his attachments. She still held onto the blade as though it was going to bite her. Not exactly the reaction he was hoping for, then again this was the first time he was trying to get someone to train with him. He moved a few more steps forward, closing the distance between them but not by much. He just wanted to get close to that scent she had right now, nothing more not until she was willing to learn. Afterall one day he was going to die why not by a beautiful blond huntress? When she finally asked what kind of vampire he was, a smile, not a smirk, appeared on his lips. His hand gestured to the tombstone she was standing by, gesturing her to sit. For he did the same, taking the closest one to him. "I was born one, I grew up in Japan, but thats not the answer you were hoping for is it?" Holding up his free hand it began to fade in and out, before becoming physical once again. "You want to know about my powers, why I have them and what my others are, am I right?"

He bothered her, and in more ways than one. Sure, he was screwing with her head. She had already had him figured for a creepy psycopath vampire that was a little off his rocker. Then he was trying to get her to do stuff like this. Fighting with swords. Krystal would respect that he was much older than she was, probably older than her great-great grandparents great-great grandparents, and that he was one for different things. But she wasn't going to let him press them on her. No, this wasn't her style, it wasn't what she did. She liked her gun, even if it was useless against the likes of him.
She was tempted to drop the sword on the ground, but she was slightly afraid that he'd skewer her with the blade in his hand if she did such a thing. She let it go with one hand and let it swing down to her side, holding it cautiously so as to not drop it. He began to close the gap again, and she resisted that urge to turn and run. No, he'd spoken the truth earlier. He probably would kill her - or worse - if she did so.
Then, a smile. Not a smirk, which was all she'd seen on his face until this very moment. Obviously her comment amused him to some extent. That was fine, maybe it would generate some answers. He once again gestured for her to sit on a tombstone. This time, grudgingly, she did so, but she chose a different one than the one he'd pointed at, just to be difficult. He sat down as well, and then he spoke.
"I was born one, I grew up in Japan, but that's not the answer you were hoping for, is it?" He'd asked, and then he did the fading thing with one hand. That was just creepy. She'd seen some powers in her time as a hunter, but this one was at the top of her list. Being able to fade like that, it was just... yeah, inhumane. "You want to know about my powers, why I have them, and what my others are, am I right?" Well, that hadn't been exactly what she'd been asking for, but if he was going to offer to tell her, she wasn't going to say "no".
"Yes, I would like to know." Krystal responded, setting the sword across her lap.

Lured To The Light, Just Like A Fly, You'll Get Caught In My Web. Krystal was just like every other hunter he had faced, not willing to submit to change and in a few ways neither was Yusuke. He would only use a gun if the situation called for it, as he would rather be up close and personal then be in a ranged fight. He would rather wear the traditional clothing he grew up in, however times changed and so did he if he wanted to fit in. The difference between them wasn't just their race, but the willingness to learn something new if it was going to provide useful in the future. Melee weapons were best for these types of war for if ammo was to get low you could always count on your katana. They never ran out and were hard to snap in half, the better you looked after it the sharper it became. They were harder to conceal, true but if one knew how to use it, it didn't matter if you had it concealed or not. "Its called Misting." He began, only informing her of the one power she had seen. He was saving the other for later and until she seen it he wasn't going to verbally advertise it either. "It allows me to alter my body into air, meaning holy water, bullets, melee weapons become useless on my body." With his hand still in the air he then placed his Katana in it and did the same thing, this time the katana fading in and out just like his hand hand been moment ago. "It allows me to do this to anything I am touching. It allows me to move around and travel great distances without been seen or detected. Its more a defensive power compared to my others." His others also included what she already knew about vampires, increased strength, speed and senses. However, until she figured out he had only two unique powers he would lead her on as best as he could which wouldn't be that hard at all, she knew nothing about him. "As for my family their powers are different to mine. My father will be eight hundred in a few years, my mother had her seven hundredth birthday last year and I have two little brothers that are close or over four hundred years. My little sister is only just over half my age, I guess you could say we are elder vampires." Letting his hand drop to his side he tilted his head to one side, his smile still on his lips no smirk no hint that he was even planning to attack. "Your not like most hunters, usually they keep shooting even when they know the bullets don't work." Though it was fun to watch when they ran out of ammo and the odd time they begun pleading for their lives. Some of course were giving their lives but they were sold on tfe black market to other vampires as slaves or pets. What was done to them after their training was none of Yusuke's business, he had his own Slave and no one was going to take her away from him, not even his father. "Is there anything else you'd like to talk about? Like why come all this way just for a family friend? Why this town to begin with? Or my personal favourite, why not feed from donated blood or animals?"

She sat, tense, on the stone, waiting for him to speak. Krystal didn't understand why he was being so easy with her - he was just giving her information that most would keep hidden under lock and key. Yes, she'd already established he wasn't like most vampires, but still, even then. No one just wandered around and gave out their life story like candy, especially not to a person whose goal in life is to eradicate your species.
"It's called Misting." he began, demonstrating the power that had let the bullets fly through him. He explained what it did for him, how useful it was for him and how bad it was for her. When she got back, she was taking this information to Hale. No way was she just going to keep this to herself - what if she was killed? Yes, she was going to tell him, even if it meant dragging him out of bed to do so. That thought was funny, but not funny enough to make her lose the self control she had and laugh.
He went on about his age, and that of his family's age. They were pretty old, much older than she had suspected still lived. She'd never thought that there'd still be some elders left, much less a family of them. This was bad news for them, especially if they decided to migrate here. After all, wasn't he here because of vengeance for some other vampire, or something? She hadn't given up the names of her comrades, so he had told her they would come, and her friends would die.
"You're not like most hunters, usually they keep shooting even when they know the bullets don't work." He said, conversationally. Well, what could she say? She was smarter than the average bear. Whoop-de-doo. Not like it was helping her in the situation anyway, now was it? Bullets didn't work, holy water didn't work, so why was she going to waste resources that could be used at a later date?
"I've been in the game long enough to figure out when it's best to just stop shooting." Krystal informed him. He'd assumed last night that she was some greenie, since she'd forgotten the silencer. No, that had just been her forgetfulness, an action that was not soon to be repeated. It had endangered more than just herself, and it had been foolish. "Is there anything else you'd like to talk about?" He listed off a few topics, all of which she really could care less about. His powers had been the only thing that interested her, but the longer he spoke, the more time she had to get out of this sword fighting mess.
"Yeah, why'd your friend come here, of all places? It's not like it's a busy town or anything." Krystal offered after a moments' thought.

Lured To The Light, Just Like A Fly, You'll Get Caught In My Web. He knew he was giving her information one that may lead to his dismise one day but if Hunters had managed to survive after a fight with him or a family member this would be the sort of information they would get. What he was giving her was common knowledge to the family and to himself. So in a way it wasn't valuable information, just enough to keep the girl interested in him for thats all he wanted. As he spoke about various things the huntress remained silent taking it all in. She could write a book for all he cared on him, all he'd be is flattered that someone wanted to take their time. Time which precious human didn't have a lot of, their lives were over in an instant, a blink of an eye compared to him. "That may be but once desperation has settled in and you've lost all hope you'd be surprised some of the things one will do to stay alive." And Yusuke had almost seen it all. He had scene men grovel for their lives, barter with their families lives for the own. Offered their children, their wives anything that her personal value. When asked about his friend Aketchi, Yusuke had to think for a momement. Even though he had listed it off before now he had to remember why the youngling decided to come out here. FInally he clicked his fingers together once he remembered, his smile widening a bit to his small victory over old age. "He was visiting, looking for land prospects for my father when he overheard about the vampires and werewolves not getting along. Called my father about it and said he was going to offer held to the vampires here, said he would call back the next day. No call came." Yusuke paused, he could remember those days as his father was on edge. He had to hide Sophia away for the whole week so the old man wouldn't attack his slave. "Father got worried and so he sent Koori here two weeks ago to check the place out. The information he got was relible, hunters killed Aketchi. Koori came back and I got sent here in his place, father wants the eldest son to make a good impression with the locals. Koori can be too soft on hunters as he finds them.....too entertaining to kill." It was the truth, every word. At his age he didn't need to lie, he could get by. Besides it wasn't like he was after sympathy, his fathers friend had been at the wrong place at the wrong time. There was nothing anyone could do but take revenge for Aketchi's death. "Lets say I'm the last resort, what comes after me isn't pretty so you might just wanna keep me around so you don't have Yakuza to deal with."

Krystal listened, still trying to fathom his motives. "That may be, but once desperation has settled in and you've lost all hope, you'd be surprised at some of the things one will do to stay alive." Krystal grit her teeth. He was telling her that she'd give up everything to stay alive. She was afraid of death - many were - so she prayed that what he said wasn't true, at least, not for her. It'd kill her as it was to give up the secrets of her comrades. She did not betray a persons' trust easily - no, she was careful with secrets, never letting anything she shouldn't slip.
He was silent after her question. Had he not thought she'd question him? Or was he not expecting that question? Krystal couldn't tell, he wasn't showing anything on his face for her to read. No, he was more controlled than that, after all, he was centuries old. Then he snapped his fingers and he smiled. Obviously it was time to listen again to the vampire and the information he was giving her.
His friend had come to check out the land, and got his stupid self killed. Well, he should have been more careful then. It wasn't the hunters fault that he drew enough attention to himself to get a bullet lodged into him. He continued on about some other vampire who checked out the town - she hadn't noticed this one, but she planned to see if anyone else had. "Koori can be too soft on hunters as he finds them... too entertaining to kill."
"Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black?" She said, seeing how she was sitting before him, unharmed, talking to him. And the fact that he'd tried to teach her swordfighting, and she wasn't even going to start on the events of the previous night.
"Lets say I'm the last resort, what comes after me isn't pretty, so you might just wanna keep me around so you don't have Yakuza to deal with." Krystal smiled at that. It was almost funny. What deranged blood sucker was "pretty", excluding the beauty of their body?
"So long as he doesn't have that mist powers of yours, I'm pretty sure we'll do alright."

Lured To The Light, Just Like A Fly, You'll Get Caught In My Web. A chuckle escaped his lips at her first comment, indeed he was calleding the kettle black. But his younger brother, Koori, was soft, he kept them around for as long as he could. It was either their father. Ishida or himself who had to make the final blow, they had to teach the boy a lesson, hunters couldn't be trusted. Yusuke knew this and yet was willing to sit and talk mainly because he knew that once he started fighting he wouldn't stop. "My dear, I think we established from last night I am not soft." Those memories were still fresh in his mind and his smirk reappeared just thinking about how well the night had gone. "What I mean is, my brother, Koori has a tendency to fall in love with them. Something about their determination I think." Yes Koori, the one who had been here only a week or so ago. That was why Yusuke had to come, Koori wouldn't be any help if anything a problem. His father knew that, hell the whole family knew that which was why it was risky enough to let him even come here in the first place. As long as they didn't have the mist power? Yusuke's smirked widened, no his father had something more potient, his brothers all had different abilities, same went for his mother and as for his little sister, she was only just learning about hers. "My mist ability is a walk in the park compared to my fathers power." Yusuke warned, his tone no longer calm or carefree, it was serious. Even his own father scared him, it was why he never left the family, no one game enough. "Not to mention he is the leader of the only vampire clan within Japan, he has countless vampires working for him and humans too. Just like you I'm part of a huge organisation and right now I'm the only thing standing between you and that small army." Again he didn't lie his tone still serious as he looked down at his katana, running his finger along the blade. It was stupid to do so for he ended up cutting his finger but he held it up for her to see that he could still bleed, just giving her that small hope. "See My Hime, I'm not completely untouchable. Just to you I am."
